Every module shows a status that tells you whether it can be assigned. Only Ready modules can be assigned.

Statuses

The module is prepared and can be assigned. Open Training assignments or use the module’s Assign action. See Assign training.
The module is being prepared and cannot be assigned yet. Preparation runs in the background; you can close the create dialog and come back later. The status updates automatically when preparation finishes.
Preparation could not be completed. Confirm the source is a readable PDF within the 25 MB limit, and follow any guidance shown in the workspace for the module. If the problem continues, contact Support. See Contact OHS.training Support.
Administrators are responsible for the accuracy and suitability of the content they upload.
