The workspace assistant helps administrators check training progress and prepare routine changes. It can answer questions about people, groups, modules, assignments, completion, attempts, and scores.
Assignments and invitations always open as a review. Nothing changes until you confirm.

Open the assistant

Select Assistant

From an administrator workspace, select Assistant in the top bar.

Ask or describe

Ask a question or describe what you want to prepare.

Ask about your workspace

Answers use the current workspace. When information isn’t available, the assistant says so. Example questions:
  • Who has not completed Safety onboarding?
  • What training is assigned to Jordan Lee?
  • Which training modules are Ready?
  • What was the best score for Employee handbook?

Prepare a training assignment

For example: Assign Safety Manual to the New hires group.

Describe the assignment

Select people, groups, and modules with natural language or the @, +, and ! shortcuts.

The assistant prepares a review

The assistant collects your selections and opens a review.

Review the details

Check the selected people and modules, the new assignment count, existing assignments, and exclusions.

Confirm or cancel

Confirm to create the assignments, or cancel to make changes.
Facts to know:
  • Only Ready modules can be assigned.
  • Groups are expanded to individual employees.
  • Administrators and deactivated employees are excluded.
  • Existing employee-module assignments are left unchanged.

Invite an employee

For example: Invite Maya Chen as a Warehouse Associate using maya@example.com and add her to New hires. The required details are First name, Last name, Work email, and Job title. An existing group is optional. The assistant asks for anything missing, then opens a review. The employee is added and the invitation email is sent only after you confirm. Duplicate employee emails are skipped.

Shortcuts are optional.

Current limits

  • Available to workspace administrators.
  • Uses only the current workspace.
  • Conversations do not carry over after you leave the assistant.
  • It can prepare training assignments and employee invitations. Use the regular workspace screens for other changes.
  • It does not provide legal or compliance advice or guarantees.
